Within the framework of the architectural design code, unified formal principles and regulations were devised for all existing types of houses and plots.
The colour and texture of facade surfaces, entrance areas such as porticos and doors, windows, decorative building elements, railings, as well as roofs, underwent reevaluation and standardisation. Landscaping elements, small architectural features, lighting, fences, entrance groups, children's play areas, and other elements were standardised across all plots.
